How can you look at the situation and say its the wrong decision? Do you know anything about football or do you just blindly do what the computer tells you?
14 points is nothing with 13 minutes left to play. 4th and 4 is hard to convert, and its at you're own 10. Failing to convert pretty much automatically makes it a three score game, punting gives a chance to keep it at two scores.
You might go for it there with less than 6 minutes remaining, but not nearly a full quarter.
