We're 5+ years into the 2 way contract system and I'm wondering if anyone has had a success story from it.

2 way contracts are NBA's version of developmental deals. Development in the NBA is different than other sports. Guys come in as rookies and often are already showing flashes of their ceiling. Some guys come into the league playing at a near All Star level.

The NFL and even more so MLB, guys get drafted and sat on for years before they see regular PT.

So im asking who is your teams most successful 2 way contract, and in general who have been the most successful guys who have been in the 2 Way contract system?

Virtually every notable undrafted player that's been on the Heat was on a two-way at some point.

Max Strus, Gabe Vincent, Yuta Watanabe, John Konchar were all two-way players at one point.
