Noise cancelling in Sonfy wf-1000xm5 earbuds (alien.top)

The music in my gym is absolutely horrendous and I wanted ear buds with ANC that will cancel out every last bit of it. I paid $300 for these earbuds but while it does muffle the music a bit it still doesn't completely blank out the music. Are there some settings that are wrong or are there no earbuds that will completely block the music? Will changing the eartips to completely noise isolating ones help or do I have to go for over the ear headphones to completely muffle out the music?
