Absolutely not. For starters, that sub-dial at 6 o'clock is a date dial; on the real thing it's the 60-seconds dial. Also, if you found it outside, people don't just leave real Rolexes outside unless it's an active crime scene or the site of some other shady dealings.

Do the world a favor and put it in the trash and close the bag really tightly before taking it out.
