after 4 years of daily use and occasional awkward bends, right side audio is dead and drop doesn’t have stock for replacement cables. Looking for where I can find a good replacement for $60 max.

I cannot buy from hart audio(says no shipping available to South Africa) and I also cannot buy from Periapt($60 dollar shipping)

Aliexpress. Any HD6x0 series cable will work with the 58x. Tons of options.

yeah ive seen a few, I would prefer to buy something on the pricier side that is guaranteed to last

OpenHeart makes nice cables, better feeling than the stock HD650 cables, should be around $30-$40 USD.

You can get a HD650 or HD600 cable? I got the HD600 cable since I like it better.

been looking everywhere for a place that sells them locally, shipping prices from almost anywhere but amazon are ridiculous

You can buy directly from Sennheiser. Unfortunately, they don't sell the original 1.8m version from 58X/6XX or 660S2. Only the 3m version from HD650 or HD600. Or you may contact them and ask if you want the 1.8m version.

thank you, 3m is suicidal but I’ll take what I can get. Will definitely ask first

I believe this is original Senn cable. Someone else can confirm.

They are out of stock now. But may be available again soon. Not 3m. Much shorter.

I have this. I also have all original 660s cables. To me, they all seem to have come from the same factory.

This is the 1.4m version. It’s discontinued afaik. It’s IMO the worst because there aren’t any grooves so it’s the hardest to plug and unplug and IMO also too short.

Thank you for everyones input. I ended up finding a place locally where I can get the original sennheiser cable for cheap so I also splurged on a cable from Audiophile Ninja.

The tripowin granvia might be what you are looking for. The are known for budget iem cables but they also have one for headphones.
