I dont have a clue what the rules even are anymore. If ball deflects off keeper or defender and bounces off an attackers hand to score thats no good. But chesting and letting the ball roll down your arm is perfectly okay. Fucking inconsistent as fuck…

One angle showed it clearly was a handball. It conclusively showed it hitting his chest and then coming down off his hand. Every time it did this they immediately changed to some flimsy fucking angle from 50 yards away that showed fuck all. Embarrassing how incompetent they are.
