every year on paper they are one of the contenders. Its clear that even with a healthy squad they are borderline. They mortgaged their entire future to get Paul George and they dont even have a finals appearance to show for it. Mean while Shai is turning into a superstar and OKC might go farther in the playoffs than the clippers this year. Are the clippers destined to be mediocre forever?

The Clippers have been known as one of the worst run NBA organizations for the last 50 years. That hasn't changed.
