Kimmich does this every game. Usually he falls when he’s close to losing the ball and gets bailed out by the ref.

He always had this in his game to be fair, he just had better defensive players around him to cover for him. Tuchel keeps playing him as a solo #6, which has proven not to work. It is a stupid mistake, but why Tuchel keeps insisting on this us baffling, he is just as much to blame.
Are you an idiot? Tuchel knows he is no 6 and was crying for a real 6 before the season started. He just has no one else to play holding 6 than Kimmich atm

Previous seasons as well, just rarely punished for it/bailed out by teammates. Pretty sure this is exactly how we conceded the 2:2 vs stuttgart last season

Honestly Kimmichs mentality seems gone this season. I know a couple of press outlets have said he’s struggling with the fact Tuchel doesn’t favour him and see him as a leader but idk it must be something else. His head seems gone.
