Just bit of context for anyone who is not familiar with this league; the CPL is in it 5th season and it follows a true North American style regular season followed by playoffs. Forge FC have qualified for all 5 playoff finals, winning 4. Which is ridiculous. It's even more absurd when you consider that the CPL has a salary cap and they aren't just outspending their rivals ala PSG, Celtic, Bayern etc.

They arent even THAT good in the regular season, they just have some voodoo shit in the playoffs.

Never heard of this league, but why does Toronto FC and Montreal play in MLS and not in the Canadian PL?
