Watches

Hey, I’m very new to the idea of watches and decided recently I want to buy myself a watch. I’m still in highschool and on a sort of low salary. I’m aiming to only spend 100-150$ for my first time. I’m a big fan of rap culture and only really know brands like Cartier and Rolex which are out of my price range but I’ve saved money on the side to splurge. Any recommendations appreciated but I mostly want something sleek, I’m not a big fan of straps really but I am a big guy with pretty thick wrists. I don’t know if they make watches without straps for big guys like me.
