Platform: Android

NOTE: We are performing a staged rollout, which means the update may take a day or two before it becomes available.

Fixes

  • App could crash displaying the activity feed.
  • Player: strip out HDR10+ when playing DoVi P8.1 & HDR10+ stream on a DoVi display.
  • Player: postplay would sometimes be missing the play icon.
  • The list of muted and blocked accounts could be cut off.
  • Player: ensure TrueHD is transcoded on FireTV 4K Max devices that don’t support TrueHD.
  • Player: switching to another quality could fail when multiple versions exist.
  • [Mobile] The Grant Media Access flow would result in an error if the user does not own a Plex Media Server.
  • [TV] Sidebar icons would end up in a weird state if clicked while content was loading. [- TV] Returning to a collection after browsing an item would scroll to the top.
  • [TV] Friends: app could crash when unmuting or unblocking a user.
  • [TV] Platform: app could crash while signing in on Amazon Fire TV devices.
  • [TV] App could crash editing a managed user account.
