Venture capital firms are always looking to back disruptive ideas - traction and growth are huge factors. But the quality of leadership can tip the scales, especially if they have a vision for tapping new markets.

I think VCs made two huge categorical blunders during covid, and they realized it this year when everything went to grass. Tech-enabled service and CPG brands. Neither can get returns typical VCs want.
