Launched my first business. (I have 4 years of experience in this field) So far so good. But content is taking up way too much time and I feel this is not sustainable. Iv been trying to make 1 post a day and it seems to be working so far.

Capcut works well for video editing. But instagram sometimes messes up the videos and I find myself having to re edit constantly. I use the reminders app to manage tasks . Is there anything you have tried that works well?

I hear you. Content creation is so important but also so time-consuming. A few things that have helped me:

  • Use 1-2 hours a week to gather inspiration. It helps me generate ideas faster.
  • Don't fret too much about perfection. Instead, focus on moving forward and experimenting.
  • Be patient. You will get faster at it over time.
  • Set the bar lower. If you feel like it's not sustainable, ask yourself if you can't get to the result in an easier way.

Creating content is definitely one of the most time consuming but beneficial aspects of a business. This is the reason I started a content design company so that entrepreneurs could focus on other crucial parts of their business and leave the content design to us and end up saving a significant amount of their time. You can DM and I can share some really good tips that can help you generate a good amount of high quality content for your business.

Even though being familiar with the process is great, video editing is something that might better be outsourced. Not always of course, but maybe something to think about. That would at least save some time, so you can focus on creating even more content (or literally any other business aspect you can focus on)

Good luck!
