I was so shocked at how good it was, I only watched it recently and thought it's probably some old religious movie. But dayumn I loved it, and can totally see why Keanu said he'd love to see a sequel.
My only concern is that they won’t be able to match the sheer joy I received watching Shia Lebeouf get brutally murdered.
Which is why I'm afraid. Maybe a spinoff where john is like a mentor for his last appearance, with a really good new spin.
We don't want them to over-extend like the Matrix 4
We don't want them to ruin the setting by doing what they did to John Wick.
And sadly it might be too late for an epic end with all the characters. This ship has sailed imo
Keanu has also said in interviews that this was his most favorite character he's ever played.
Think about that for a second out of all of the movies he has made.
This movie is happening, it already has an IMDb entry.
Love this about him
Only if it opens with Keanu popping a huge bubble gum bubble that fills the screen and bursts alongside the annihilation of an onerous demon.
At every inch this moves along, I'm reminded of that one time Keanu mentioned wanting to return to a character that didn't get enough recognition the first time around https://youtube.com/shorts/3bz543X9QYQ?si=HAE_pub-T722gvYn
Ok, but he has to do the Scouse accent this time.
This is amazing. I just watched this for the first time in 10 years like 2 days ago. Big happy
I hope Peter Stormare returns as well.
"Hello John. John hello. You're the one soul I'd come up here to collect myself."
Loved Stormare in this.
