Same happened to my GODs and gme customer service had no idea what to do... I think they got themselves into something they new nothing about.. I know nothing about it either so I just said goodbye π if they had kept the wallet I'd have never used it and keeping it probably would have ended up in alot of bad press about the company.. hope you get yours back they're still there you just can't see them in the wallet .. of you know more about how these wallets link up etc you should be good.. my wallet is an extension and linking it to metamask just seems impossible π good luck β
Loopring
A blockchain research organization pioneering the future of finance. Loopring is building protocols, infrastructure, and user-facing DeFi products atop Ethereum, envisioning a digital economy that empowers its participants with full and guaranteed self-custody of their assets.
DeFi doesn't have to be a trade-off between security and performance. With this in mind, Loopring's Layer2 solutions work in synergy with Ethereum Layer1, enabling low-fee, high-speed, Ethereum-secured platforms for trustless trading, swapping, liquidity providing, and payment.
Ongoing projects led by Loopring:
-
Loopring Protocol: powered by zkRollups on Layer2, enables Ethereum to scale effectively without sacrificing Ethereum Layer1 guarantees
-
Loopring Layer2 Dex: An orderbook and automated market maker (AMM)-based non-custodial decentralized exchange (DEX) built atop Ethereum using the Loopring Protocol (v3).
-
Loopring Wallet: A mobile app for Android and iOS featuring an Ethereum Layer1 and Layer2 social recovery smart wallet.
NOTHING is stored inside a wallet. It is on the blockchain.
Always always always verify. Go to IMX explorer, type in your wallet, it will all be there
What's your wallet?
It's the gamestop wallet
You can check your address' L1 on https://etherscan.io/ and LRC L2 on https://explorer.loopring.io/ . If you can see nothing on there, you will at least be able to check transactions both incoming and outgoing to verify if they came in.
It may just be that you canβt see them in kraken L1. I sent some IMX from GameStop wallet to MetaMask. They do not show in MetaMask but etherscan shows they went to my wallet so all good. FYI you could have sent them to a Loopring wallet for free and itβs L2 so they definitely show up.
