Look like they stuck the EMR portion of the Lamy Safari EMR pen into a standard Lamy Safari body.
I also have this pen and can confirm it is a great alternative (and much cheaper) than the official RM pens.
That being said, it does require installing a hack onto your RM to make the eraser functional.

I interchange between Lamy and Marker often, can’t go wrong with a Lamy
Do you add weight to it or use it as is? I heard some people were adding screws or something inside the cap to weigh it down more.
No, I use it as is. I've been using Lamy for a long time, and I'm quite used to its weight.
