I am thinking of selling consulting calls in self development niche but I have no idea how people do it and how much would it even be reasonable to ask for 1h call.

Do u have to show your face? (I guess yes)

What to do if my english is ok but I am not a native speaker?

I would target T1 countries and my brand is ok - I have been asked if I do coaching/consulting during the years couple of times but I have turned them down.

My brand is not related to my face however but to my pen name - is that a big obstacble?

I’m positive Russell Brunson’s books can help you with pretty much all your questions. I started with DotCom Secrets, but Expert Secrets will be the book most closely to what you try to achieve here. They are both useful books though.
