It should be a prerequisite that if you host the men’s World Cup, you should also be able to host the women’s without any concerns over them being treated as second-class citizens.

But there’s no money in that, so let’s arbitrarily stunt the progress of the women’s game.

Since neither Saudi Arabia or Qatar will want to host a womans world cup they have to take their time to choose
