We are brainstorming different ways to create valuable content and discussion items for this community, and we want your feedback on what you would like to see!

As of now, we are thinking about a post the morning after a full slate of games that curates all the stats, top performers, and trends that emerged from the night before.

Here are some examples:

  1. Table of all the statistical leaders from the preview day, sorted by highest Game Score. Table would also include minutes, 3's, FTs, Asts, Stls, Pts, FG%, TOVs, etc. (Link to example)
  2. Table of the hottest players over the last 7 days, # of days can be adjusted (Link to example)
  3. Updated MVP tracker (Link to example)
  4. Any significant milestones that were reached the previous night (Example 1 and Example 2)

What else would you like to see? And if you don't think any of this would be valuable, please let us know! That is also valuable feedback for us.

Thanks in advance!

How about a sortable leaderboard for season stats. The current leaderboards leave a lot to be desired. I don’t ever use them. Something like how espn (yuck!) does their leaderboards. I can sort on stat i want but still see other stats on same table if i want some more context

First of all, big fan! Long time, first time.

I think people generally hate the Kia power rankings, they're meaningless, they take into account the popular opinion on a team way too much. If there was a way to make an accurate power ranking that would be really cool to see. Like the Bucks were blown out by the Hawks the other night and the Bucks were still the #5 team, Hawks nowhere to be found. We all agree that's absurd I think.

Hmm maybe you could ha e some kind of content about whether LeBron has finally surpassed MJ? Or who is in the all time top 5 (or ten) or all time best starting five... 🤮

Steals and blocks are OK, but not enough is done, generally speaking, by websites in highlighting the importance of individual defense.

Maybe add something that reveals how well a player is at guarding his man . For instance, when Player X is the primary defender, what is the FG% of the player he is guarding during those sequences? What is his "opponent's FG%" for the game? For the season?

How often is Player X involved in opponent turnovers (like guarding a man who gets called for traveling)?

Stuff like that.

What about all time? GOAT ranking (need to invent the algorithm) and team all time best? Could be GOAT by position, team by eras and all time...

Are you guys looking to begin doing shot profile data? I know nba.com already exposes that data, and you link yo it, but I don't know if they provide an API to integrate it to your site. It'd be nice to see how people shoot on pull-ups vs. catches, or with certain defender spacing when looking at the other stats you provide. It's just the tiniest bit frustrating to have to go cross reference with their site, and I find navigation of their site much less user-friendly than yours.
