Imagine being so enslaved that all your high earnings goes to some asshole aristocratic dictator and you have no fucking say at all. Just slave your ass away. Feels like a lot of the world is heading this direction.

Is it not easy to prevent this by simply asking the employee to criticize North Korea and its leaders in a colorful way?

I don't know about you, but that sort of question would g8ve me the creeps and likely have me heading for the exits if it came up during an interview. I guess I must move in different circles than the author.
