While this is of course a good thing, there is no way in hell the Saints run this without making sure someone buys enough raffle tickets at the end that the total purchases end in $xxx,283.
Interesting to me that the raffle is only available in person at the stadiums (article makes it seem like you can buy a raffle for the Saints game online on the day of the week 18 game and only if you are located in Louisiana), I would think they would open it up to anyone to try and raise as much money as possible.
