I feel like TNF games are usually shit

I love how we are treated both to Bears- Panthers and Sharks Oilers tonight.

Truly a toilet bowl night

Gonna be trash, unless you have money on the game or are a fan of one of the two teams (do diehard, non bandwagon Panthers fans actually exist) there’s literally no reason to watch.

It’s going to be a terrible game and I plan on watching every snap.

I legit think this is only the 3rd least watchable game of the week. The amount of bad and unwatchable teams in the league -- even ones with winning records -- is higher than I can ever remember

I like TNF to be bad teams/games, because I don't care to watch football on Thursday nights. I almost never watch it, and its nice to simply miss a crappy game.

On the other hand, next week we'll see the 6-3 Bengals fight the 7-3 Ravens for first place in the AFC North, with the Bengals winning. They will retain first place when the Steelers and Browns finish that week at 6-3-1.

Minor league hockey is actually much more interesting

Last year, week 5, Colts @ Broncos. Colts won in OT 12-9.

I imagine they got the primetime spot because Wilson had just arrived in Denver and Matt Ryan was heading up the Colts.

While the matchups don't seem interesting, there have been some wildly entertaining TNF games. Sometimes for how bad they are, sometimes for the surprising level of competition and crazy situations.
