Electric Vehicles are a key part of our tomorrow and how we get there. If we can get all the fossil fuel vehicles off our roads, out of our seas and out of our skies, we'll have a much better environment. Last year was Tesla filling preorders and a few extra that had bought into the hype, before the numerous defective design choices were as well known. The Lightning doesn't need to worry aboutnlising the crown any time soon.
Hopefully it's a wake up call and they focus on more normal cars for regular people, like a model 2 or model 4, instead of a vanity truck, hyping up a robo taxi and robo bus, and never building the roadster. Who am I kidding, though...
As long as Musk has sway at Tesla he will force them to make all the wrong decisions.
To be honest I've never really been a Ford guy, but I do think they're a pretty good looking truck.
