The Cleveland Cavaliers player infamously cheated on Khloé Kardashian in 2017 when she was pregnant with their first child together. It seems Tristan Thompson is still unpacking the reasons why he cheats.

Cheating on the one person you should be the most loyal to… multiple times. Cannot be trusted at all. Definitely disgusting.
