Yes, met a seasoned professor out in western Canada, he said he left the USA when trump won the first time, as he was around to witness what happened with China's democracy and could see the writing on the wall.

The U.S. is hemorrhaging Intelligence and Canada (as well as Europe) is there to take them in. As the U.S. gets dumber, everyone else gets smarter.
