I have just started with ML. I know math, python, numpy, matplotlib and pandas.

I am thinking to buy Andrew Ng Advance deep learning course.

But before that is there any resources for basic of ML/deep learning.

Any other suggestion is also welcomed :)

This post has a number of ML topics/skills you might (sooner or later) run into. In a sense it's kind of a roadmap/blueprint containing what you need to become an ML Engineer, (beyond learning a few topics/basics from a one(or more) courses.
