The story is a bit complicated. The police did not arrest her. She had an abortion, told her parents about it, then disappeared. The police found her And proved she was safe. Not much of a negative story.

I wouldn't be surprised if at some point in the future Texas starts putting out arrest warrants for residents of other states and arresting them if they ever go to texas. States rights, right?
