Wtf man. How is that a foul on Conley?! Refs smoking that good shit tonight.
Should be a no call after Paul get possession. You can dive and gain possession but Conley doesn't challenge for the ball, he's just impacted because Paul dives to get possession.
The nephews and grandsons just hate on Paul for good reason and get blinded by a hustle play that shouldn't have been also a foul. Open play and there's impact, doesn't mean it should be a foul also.
He literally lunges to the left to take Conley out.
His leg fully extends, while his foot is planted on the floor, after he already has control of the ball.
If you really wanna suck Chris's dick, you can say he wanted to box out Conley to avoid the jump ball, but whatever the fuck you just said is dumb as hell.

Rudy got him back a play or two later with a hard foul, then the wolves just dogged him into kerr took him out. Conley didn't get hurt luckily, but it was a stupid ass play either way.

The fact that some warriors fans don’t want them to win because of CP3 says a lot about him.
Watching it you can see Chris use his right leg to change his trajectory to send himself to his left. His body was going straight forward before he planted his leg, and would’ve kept going in that direction unless intentionally trying to change direction. It’s almost impossible to say he didn’t purposefully launch himself at Mike

Okay, I'm gonna try and play a bit of devil's advocate here, he is a 38 year old with injury history on by turning himself into Mike puts the impact more on Chris's back instead of what wouldve been he's head, arms, or shoulder Lessing any impact that is coming, a d instead of diving purposely for his knees, dove for the ball, and braces for impact in case Mike dives or keeps running, while also putting himself In between Mike and the ball
All this to say I don't think Paul isnt a dirty player, or that this isn't intentional, but in this case I'm not sure this 38 year old injury prone Chris Paul is looking for such a high risk low reward play just to Injure Mike, if anything he was trying to make a play on the ball to make up for the fact he was going 0-3, but hey, maybe it was frustration from being 0-3 lol
I truly hope this man ends up ringless. Maybe his annual Playoff injury woes are penance for this kind of behaviour.

As soon as he plants his foot he obviously accelerates laterally into Conley's legs. Chris Paul is garbage.
At first I thought maybe it's a case of it looking worse when you get to repeat the clip but in real time it could make sense. But nah, a lot of guys actively avoid that kind of contact if possible and it looks pretty clear CP3 did this on purpose.
