Wilson has a couple plays a game that make you understand why he was drafted where he was. The problem is that's not most of the plays.
He does incredible things sometimes but then he absolutely blows the super easy 5 yard passes.
HOW is this team 5-5? They feel closer to 1-9

Pretty good game- I mean it wasn't like TNF or some of the other snoozers. This was a solid C. We had field goal for 3 quarters but we also had DaVante Adams and Garrett Wilson both making plays and dramatic red zone stops.
Then the end was pretty good. It's as good as we could have expected O'Connell vs Z.Wilson to be!
Two straight games with no touchdowns. Inexcusable. There needs to be change. You cannot trot the same fucking offense out there over and over and just hope it’s gonna worm. It won’t. Your defense will keep you in every game this season, you need to make a change on offense.
I know jets are mad about Wilson draft but outside of T law, everyone has been a bust from that 2021 draft. Like who do you choose out of Mac jones, fields, and Trey lance lmao.

Zach Wilson is a very timid QB. It could be him or coaching or both. He simply isn’t comfortable enough as a QB to take the Jets to the next level. It would also help if the Jets gave him better protection. They also need a legit WR2. Or a 1A-1B duo. I would build around the QB for now in the draft and take somebody in free agency. Would not go QB first round again. If you want a franchise QB you better solidify both sides of the ball to put him in a good position to develop.
Rodgers getting injured really wasted a great defense. Sure they could have upgraded on Wilson. But there was no realistic move to make this team a contender without Rodgers.
