Why?

He’ll be gone to a different team this time next year.

[–] TheEliteCalhoun@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

"Harden T'd up for eating a burger in the paint."

[–] openlatenight@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Here comes Austin rivers!

[–] CruffTheMagicDragon@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

That was a lot more embarrassing than I was expecting lmao. There wasn’t even a noticeable increase of cheers over the ambient cheers

[–] CabbageStockExchange@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago (3 children)

Damn. Zero hype for him lmao

[–] ElDuderino_92@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Bro we didn’t want him at all lol

[–] masterstriker321@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

fans didn't want him. Ballmer literally stepped in and forced Law Frank to do it.

[–] KillerZaWarudo@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Why cheer when you know he going to another team in 9 months

[–] Mebeingnosy@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

They knew lol

[–] PainSubstantial710@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I was saying boourns

[–] 100FishClub@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago (7 children)

I mean, how would you feel as a clippers fan? The FO threw the kitchen sink at assembling this roster and it’s mid at best. Draft picks scattered across the league like the dragonballs. 3 washed up injury prone guys looking for max deals this off-season. Bench thinner than bones hyland. You got zubac… what’s there to cheer for?

[–] ParticularEggplant16@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Maybe they can wish for a championship once they find all the dragonballs

At least they’re better than the warriors according the Chuck!

[–] Clipgang1629@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

I’m out here huffing my copium that it’s only been 4 games and we still have a lot of talent on this team. I mean we can’t play much worse at this point. As for the future, it’s still LA we’ll have shot at free agents.

At least we’ll have one of the best arenas in the NBA next year worse comes to worse I’ll drink three $18 bud lights a night and cheer on my team even in 2027 when our best players are Kyle Kuzma and John Collins on max contracts. We got a lot to cheer for over here

On the one hand, I’m surprised that Russ isn’t costing the clippers more wins, but I guess Harden is here to clean up now.

Balmer's an uber competitive cokehead who will reach for talent whether it helps his team or not. He's like his old microsoft buddy Paul Allen, making unnecessary trades that took the jail blazers out of contention. He just wants to prove to all the other billionaires to that he's the bestest billionaire. And he need to show them right now. He's gotta get burned a couple times before he settles down.
Ishba's doing the same thing too. They're gonna be basement buddies for a while.

That's cuz there are hardly any Clippers fans in L.A. they basically give away tickets at supermarkets.. Every time a Clipper player is at Dodger Stadium, they get booed.

[–] Ok-Tree4365@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Just making shit up...

[–] zincinzincout@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Bro he really asked them to call him Uno?

For anyone not aware, he picked #1 when he came to Philly and started a (fashion???) brand called Uno and he promotes it every chance he gets

The loudest a clippers game gets is when there’s free food for a missed free throw

[–] TheIgnoredWriter@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago (2 children)

That felt like the same amount of cheers that would happen if they introduced me

[–] belizeanheat@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

It's like the only cheers are people who decided to cheer because of the suggestion to cheer

it's crazy how I was the only one not on the Harden train for years, and now, suddenly, like a light went on in a dark room, everyone is suddenly aware of this guys mediocrity, lack of motivation, and selfish narccissm.

The Clippers actually have fans ?

Imagine pissing off multiple fanbases, talking yourself up as one of the best just to dwindle when the lights get bright, be a FT menace, not play good perimeter D, ask for trades from the 3 teams you wanted to be with, and expect a homecoming ceremony

[–] Dreamer217@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Team killer

Needs to learn from all the superstars in the league, play your contract out, deliver big games then ffs leave. Bron, Curry, and KD (only did cause Kyrie is a nut and Harden wanted to leave) stayed true to their contracts and stuck it out

[–] FlyingBearSquid@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

The Clippers are worse now that he’s on the team. Not going to win over fans that way.

[–] OhlookSILLagain@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I just don't get the thinking. He wanted to go to clippers with pg and kawhi while thinking it would be built around him?

Was in town to watch the Clips host the Spurs and the crowd was the loudest when Wemby checked back into the game. This clip is just showing the usual crowd volume

[–] Ok-Tree4365@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I also was there, and you are inventing things.

[–] bravof1ve@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

How is this already this much of a disaster

[–] AthKaElGal@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Harden needs to shave his beard to cut out the bad luck.

[–] messyartshooter@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

he in LA now he can go get a limpia

[–] dadsdadsdad319@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

The beatings will continue until morale improves

[–] Mal_Swansky@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

They knew...

[–] thegreaterfool714@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Damn I was at the Clipper home game vs the Spurs. Kawhi and Paul George had loud cheers.

Wemby got a lot of hype too

This is just sad…

[–] SnowballOfFear@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Did he introduce himself? Is he the PA system?

[–] henchilada@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

They were supposed to have some of the smartest fans in the NBA, so it makes sense they see through this shit.

[–] izqy@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

lol I was expecting an edit to hear crickets sounds

[–] WadeCountyClutch@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

It’s almost like when John Stamos came out in Friends and no one cheered

[–] d0000n@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Was that Ballmer clapping loud?

I recognize that apathy for a superstar from SoCal at Staples

[–] VAisforLizards@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Please clap

[–] GrayBox1313@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

The sights and sounds of a mortgaged future.

[–] Proper_Owlboi@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

If i were the clippers i would trade paul George

[–] ghosttrainhobo@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

He’s going to demand a trade, isn’t he?

[–] topkingdededemain@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

That’s just how few clippers fans their are.

But it worse cause it’s harden

[–] Roccet_MS@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

He looks like Kimbo Slice.
