Hello! I'm curious to get some insight on what type of product would make sense to sell in this scenario? I have acreage, a tractor with forks that can lift 500+ lbs, am about an hour from a port city (Seattle) and can deliver to freight terminals with my truck. The best I can figure is that it would be ideal to import a product in volume (FCL 20' or 40' container) from a foreign country and distribute here in the states. I'm just really struggling on what to sell. What product(s) would fit this profile well and are underserved?

Why not cargo storage or distribution for other businesses once their products have cleared customs?

500 lbs is not much, a proper forklift has like 2000-3000 lbs capacity.
