Hi everyone,

so I need advice. Don't be too harsh, but don't filter yourself either.

I have worked at a marketing agency, whose biggest client was a prominent esoteric guru in my region. I learned the following information: the eshop they run makes considerable revenue, they sell products that are mostly dried south American fruits with yearly revenue exceeding 1M USD.

I have the contact for the supplier that also does the packaging, etc. I have the contacts for the biggest wholesale buyers (200K USD / yr), I have finished packaging (design). I want to contact the wholesale buyers to see if they are interested in buying from me - better design, packaging, maybe pricing.

I struggle with imposter syndrome and couple other things - does this seem to easy? I don't expect 1M+ revenue immediately, but is this it? I can't see anything that would stop me from pulling the trigger.

Is there anything I overlooked? Anything else I should check? No NDA in the agency, no contractual issues.

Thank you for your feedback.

Am I missing something here, or is your question “should I try to poach this niche supply chain because I think my package and my design is better than what they have been using for years”?
