I want to setup my first jellyfin server on a dedicated media server and not on my host PC anymore. I found a good deal but i don't know if the computer has the right hardware requirements. Does anybody have experience with this.

Jellyfin is very light when not transcoding serverside, you basically only need a decent Hard Drive and internet connection

That will do fine if you do not need hardware transcoding and all your clients can direct play your files. If you do need transcoding I would suggest something with an Intel 7th Gen or higher with embedded graphics so you can utilize quicksync.
