The death of Eric Cartman. I was watching it for the 80th time or so the other night and literally thought of this situation. A perfect episode to introduce someone. It requires no character knowledge and everyone knows about ignoring people. Its a really good episode. Not too over the top or gross. Lots of Butters. Lots of Cartman. Ive never seen it recommended.

Return of the fellowship to the ring of the two towers is probably one of the greatest south park episodes overall. Its a good on boarding one especially for a LOTR fan.
Marjorine is also a great one to start with. Has the right amount of shenanigans.
Free Willzyx is another great one.
