Hi there Entrepreneurs,

I have been reading a lot about customer discovery, aka the process of developing your idea while talking to your customers.

I've heard a lot about founders talking with customers, but very little about customer discovery.

So, are you aware of customer discovery and how to use the concept?

I was taught it's called an "insight" - foundation for every successful positioning strategy.
