Lively in 5 years from now he will be luka's age (24)... already a game altering defender around the rim, good big defending in space, rebounder and excellent passer out of the short roll. Great lob threat as well. I wonder how good this kid can be in 5 years when he is bigger, more explosive, and with a more developed offensive game.

Ajax is gonna be someone that’s severely underrated because he barely puts up any stats. His defense and BBIQ look great for a rookie and him already getting a start as a 2nd Round rookie is promising.

Black looked timid on offence tonight. I was hoping that the extra minutes he's been getting might have given him a bit more confidence, but it looks as though he might take a while to adapt to the NBA.

What’s everyone’s way-way-too-early 1st team all-rookie prediction?

presumably Chet and Wemby are locks based on the sheer amount of media coverage they get (and based on being very good)

the fight for those last three spots is gonna be a bloodbath though

Ausar, Lively, and Jacquez Jr. are probably the three frontrunners at the moment, right? Jordan Hawkins and Brandon Miller also been good

Bilal with another good game. For a kid who is the 3rd youngest player in the entire League to be averaging close to 30MPG tonight and already showing heaps of pro potential is awesome for us. The ex OKC guys have done very well. Plus new development staff putting in work!

Jason Kidd gave him big props in the post game press conference too.

Derrick Lively though, what a pickup by the Mavs. Exactly what they need to go deeper in the Playoffs this season.
