Hello,

I have read couple of famous bestsellers in business (4hour workweek, 7 habits etc) and listened to many podcasts like HBR. They are awesome however I was looking something that applies more to service businesses. To be more specific, I will open a preschool/Kindergarten.

"Built to Last" and "Good to Great" both by Jim Collins. These are both amazing data driven guides on how to create a business that can endure all the ups and downs that you'll encounter throughout your journey.

Best of luck!

I get that. But even if you can get only one thing or two from books, why not?

Reading books is good but not as a replacement for taking action. Too many people use it as an excuse not to start. It's a form of procrastination. Just start. Read books while you run your business.
