Soo, notify them every day that you plan to visit in 3 days but only show up on some of those days?
The ol' malicious-compliance approach. I'm sure they'd write a whiny memo about ghosting.
"Dear ICE,
We will be arriving somewhere between 73 hours and 5,200 hours from now. Please prepare accordingly.

Having experience in cGMP labs - this isn't even how your hand sanitizer is inspected.
The FDA just shows up unannounced, can stay as long as they like, and has the power to shut you down if they find stuff egregious enough.
How are we so passive that we let glorified mall cops do whatever they want?
So they can hide the bodies and stuff probably.
