Curious as to everyone's thoughts on this. If Murray is healthy, does Denver have the top 2? Does anyone's top 5 exceed Boston's? What are the most compelling arguments/discussions in your mind?

Bucks have the best top 2.

Best 2 is Philly

Compelling top 2s: Philly (Embiid + Maxey, but it's WAY too early), Denver (Jokic + Murray), & LAL (Lebron + Davis when both healthy) as guys that play off one another, with LAC (Kawhi + PG), PHX (Durant + Booker), BOS (Tatum + Brown), & MIL (Giannis + Dame) as best pure talent combos.

I think Denver has the best top 5 when healthy. I am also a bit biased.

Murrays better than brown in the playoffs. KP white jrue are all better than the rest of the nuggets guys

Murray gonna be the next Jimmy butler...he is so hard to rate because of his regular season dip, but can't really hate on a guy who always shows up once the playoffs come around.

Evaluating Murray is so hard because he's legitimately a top 40-50 "just a guy" player in the regular season who becomes a top 10-15 player in the playoffs lol

Like I think Denver's supporting cast is actually pretty meh in the RS because they rely so heavily on Jokic but come playoff time I'm suddenly way higher on it with the way Murray plays

Still the Celtics right? Taking out Tatum and Horford leaves Brown/Porzingis/Holiday/White as 2-5.

They haven’t played much yet, but realistically I think Booker is the best #2

Boston has the best 3/4/5

I'll give the best 3 to the Suns, provided they can ever really get healthy.

People have forgotten how good Beal is.

I'd argue Cs have best 3, 4, 5, and 6

1 is Denver

2 is up for grabs

When do Sabonis and Fox pass up LeBron and AD - They looked pretty strong last night

Best 2 is the Suns. Booker and KD is the only top 10 duo in the league.

I think Denver still has best 5. Bench is rocky only

Celtics.. and it ain’t even close.

Serious ?: do ANT + KAT/Gobert enter into the top 2/3 discussion at all?

[–] PhoenixUNI@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Compelling top 3s: BOS (Tatum/Brown/Zingy), DEN (Jokic/Murray/Gordon), PHX (Durant/Booker/Beal). Does anyone else even enter in to the discussion?

[–] marshalgivens@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Wizards have the best 2. Poozma

1 is Denver (Jokic)

2 is a little more obscure with Phoenix (KD/Booker), LA (LeBron/AD) or Milwaukee (Lillard) depending on how you view them

Anything beyond this I think is Boston (Porzingis, Holiday and White as your 3-5 is insane) and the only starting 5 that comes close is Denver

I guess I’m biased as a Celtics fan but with how they’ve played, it’s hard to argue otherwise unless you think a clear best player like Jokic should be weighted more in those groups.
