Jordan Poole is the reverse Javelle McGee. Career started winning a ring and then ended up Shaqtin MVP
Muted_Dog7317
Shaq averaged 37/17/2, 33/16/5, 36/12/4 on close to 60% shooting and 3 blocks in each finals when most teams struggled to score 90.
He’s number 1 and it’s not close
Trae has had the best career but I think Brunson has been better than him starting in the 2022 playoffs. I’ll put Lamelo 3rd for now but the way he may end up first on the list if he can sustain his recent performances.
Brunson, Trae, Lamelo, Garland
Herro was averaging 26/6/5 with improved defense before getting injured, Duncan is averaging 15/3/3 on 65% TS, and Jaquez is averaging 10/3/2 on over 50% while playing great defense.
Yet those guys were called garbage all offseason
Nah Herro was averaging 26/6/5 before injury. Lowry is averaging 7/4/5 playing starters minutes, he’s the one who’s gonna see his role reduced.
Really strange. He shot about league average from 3 before coming to Miami and continued to shoot about average in the playoffs but was awful his first 3 regular seasons here.
Last year he was at 35% and this year his shot looks good so hopefully he ends up shooting mid-high 30s.
Best 2 is the Suns. Booker and KD is the only top 10 duo in the league.
He plays like a 10 year vet not a rookie. Every thing he does is under control and he almost never makes mistakes.
I think the big area for improvement moving forward is his 3 point shooting. He’s been willing to take them but isn’t very accurate yet, if he can improve he will have a very good career.
Where are all the Harden apologists?
The guys saying he’s better than Hali, Trae, Fox, etc…
He was very good, I hope he can stay healthy. Duren was also impressive. The one thing that’s concerning is Ivey hasn’t beaten out Hayes for a starting spot. Still Pistons fans should be happy about the young core they have.
Reaves is the biggest flopper in the league
This is out of context. Riley would have traded Caleb Martin for Dame in a second, but Portland wasn’t interested in Miamis players, and Miami was hesitant about trading everything for Dame.
Herro was averaging 26/6/5 before the ankle sprain. Duncan is averaging 14/3/3 on great efficiency. Jaquez is averaging 11/4/3 on great efficiency, and 15ppg over his last 10 games.
Caleb has been injured most of this year, but he’s coming off a playoffs where he could have been ECF MVP.
You also have Jovic and multiple picks that could end up being good and it’s understandable why Riley wouldn’t want to give it everything up for a 33 year old pg, even though he’s great.
