Do you use a mail forwarder? Do they charge you USPS rates when forwarding your mail domestically? (alien.top)

You know, those virtual street address type of services (such as TravelingMailbox). When you get mail and you want to forward it to an address in the US through USPS (and other couriers), do they charge you the same rate as USPS or do they mark up the price.

I use ipostal1.com and they charge me the regular carrier rates no markup
