So I 18m have had this business Idea that I’ve tried to start a few times but recently it’s looking good to say the least. Basically its a large term sponsorship management company for an explosive platform, and well idk feels good that my idea could actually make a good living. Anyways at what net worth do you drop out of college. Even if I make it big I will probably stay and just have fun, but interested to see what you guys would say.

Stay in school. Youve got a long way to go before actually manifesting this idea. My guess is after youve done all your homework you will be astonished at how unlikely it is to do what you think could be a possibility. This is like asking randoms about what you should do when you hit the lottery. Its just a waste of time until your consistently bring in money

I wouldn't drop out of college unless it was early on and I was making substantial and sustainable money.

Sadly, it would need to be at least $10,000,000. Money that young goes fast.

Oh to be young and confident lol

- Stay in college, improve your grammar
- Your idea is just an idea, you're already jumping ahead to 'what if' scenarios assuming it will 100% succeed and figuring out when you'll drop out of college shouldn't even be a concern. Most businesses fail to get off the ground, and even then, most businesses don't do well
- 'Sponsorship management company,' so you're a marketing agency? Incredibly saturated market and typically you'd want to have already gotten a degree in something related and have worked in the industry to understand the specifics/dynamics required to succeed

By all means, please give it a go but consider that a degree is a fantastic back-up and will also help you in any future business endeavours.

Why drop out at all? Most of the successful people quit when the burden of running a business became too much alongside their courseload. Not because they hit some magical dollar amount.

Anyway, with inflation any goalpost is moving. Used to be a million was a thousand times one thousand. Now a million is just a thousandth of a billion.

Large term?
