De’Aaron Fox is going to be in this conversation now that he’s healthy. The Kings average something like 128 PPG with him and 102 without him. He’s quietly averaging 30/5/5 and single handedly carrying the Kings to victory.

How is Tyese Haliburton not top 3
I'd have it 1A. Jokic 2A. Luka 3A. Haliburton
Then at there is a strong argument for SGA and Anthony Edwards. Embiid and Tatum are doing great, but they're not top MVP right now IMO, and yes I expect that to change after more games.
dunno why even add Joel to the race. he’s got no shot without the pity parade this year
Jokic
Luka
Haliburton
Everything else is basically noise. Giannis not in top 10 is Hella disrespect tho.
When do we start discussing Jokic as the goat?
AD in the top 15 over LeBron?! I have lost faith in Kia…
Good to see Bam getting some respect at #9.
He's been an absolute BEAST this season on both ends of the floor.
Idc who gets it as long as it’s not a 6th seed again
Jokic winning 4 in a row would be crazy.
I swear if they steal another MVP from Jokic, they should imprison Adam Silver on robbery charges.
So far this season, I don't see anything to suggest this isn't going to end up being the same two-man race that it was last year.
But it's a LONG season.

How depressing must it be to know that Jokic, a guy who doesn’t even like basketball, is by far a shoe-in for the MVP for the next five years? Dudes out there trying their hardest while Jokic is hitting ridiculous fadeaways and no-look passes while fantasizing about expanding his farm.
Jokic is the best player in the league and had been for some time now.
Don't @ me.
European basketball taking over.
btw weren't Nuggets were expected to be the top team this season and repeat
Mavs however are supposed to not even make it into the play-in and are supposed to be one of the weakest teams
Some poll even here on reddit, right at the beginning of the season, showed that /nba voted Mavericks will be the most disappointing team and not make the playoffs at all again or something
Where’s Giannis? 👀. I guess a 40 point double double average the past week doesn’t qualify for top 5 🤡
In the past, Luka always starts to fall down the board as the season goes on (mostly due to team record). Hopefully this is his year
Tatum isn't padding stats either.
It’s a shame Steph got injured as I’d have put him over SGA, Tatum and maybe even Luka
How in the world is Tatum an MVP candidate when he continuously gets more and more help every year. He is a great individual player but he does not elevate his teammates IMO
Sometimes I think these last 2 seasons and coming seasons are the most stacked the nba’s ever been with international talent settling in and modern medicine keeping everyone from retiring. You have an uncanny amount of top 10 talents ever and with
I mean The Best of the 2010s are still here with Steph, Durant, Kawhi, and Lebron. Giannis and Luka absolutely breaking metrics. And a new highest offensive seasons by Jokic. With a potential great in Wembanyama. A bit more lackluster now but former historically notable MVPs in Harden Westbrook, best handles ever in Kyrie. Lotta young potential greats Anthony Edwards, SGA. Joel is there too.
International players are finally settling into this league. Before guys like Dirk, the NBA was a USA league. There’s a huge ass cultural change now and the game finally feels more and more international every year. Lebron is breaking the standards for how old a player can play and Durant/Curry is following the trendsetter and playing for longetivity into a whole nother era.
This is Duncan Robinson slander
