These courts are objectively terrible looking and they’re also not performing well? Why are they here?

Woahhh that floor is wayyy too slick or his shoes are worn down flat which i highly doubt. Fuck how do you not quality check that
If Jaylen is injured could the celtics sue the league?
The celtics even specifically petitioned to use the regular floor for the tournament
Caruso and Franz Wagner both slipped tonight also.
Where’s Jared Weiss’ dumb ass about this?
This will surely help get players onboard with the tournament.
Fuck. This. Marketing. Stunt.
Get rid of these stupid courts already
He actually lost his footing a couple of time in this game.
Players need to be sat until these courts go away
Should have checked the squeaks beforehand
I knew these courts were a bad idea
I really don’t understand why they cant just play on the regular ass courts
Great job league
Ask for bigger deal
And done worse
The embodiment of America!
I knew this stupid exhibition tournament would cause injuries. Just Unnecessary.
Common NBA L
Someone should speak up about the unsafe work conditions the players are in right now.
These courts are distracting and impractical.
The courts aren’t made of a different material. This would just be a problem with his shoes or sweat on the floor. I feel like the insinuation is that it’s the court, but there’s no reason it should be slipperier than the regular court.
I've been seeing a lot of players slip on these new courts...
This is why the mavs court "wasn't ready" for all his faults not listening to luka isn't one of them for Cuban
Maybe they should have waited until they switch to the glass floors with screens, that apparently play great and have been tested in europe already
It's so fucked that they know the courts aren't ready for NBA play and they still continue to use them for an event that the fans do not care about in the slightest.
Serious injuries can already happen on every single play, do we really need to add these slippery eyesores to that?
Guess Luka was right about these floors.
Yikes, I hope it isn't serious. If I'm a team owner, coach, superstar player, I'm refusing to play on these courts. You're risking injury and messing with peoples money as well as potential fans not going to games if injuries do happen.
The slick surface will be worth it when Giannis lands the Triple Lutz-Triple Toe combo
This count makes me difficult to spot players
I'm perfectly fine with Adam Silver's half-baked attempt going up in flames. While I am fine with trying to innovate and bring more viewers in, not if it means half-assing things like the courts and players getting hurt.
Dude really can’t go left no matter how hard he tries
The Nba are actual morons
Felt like in parts of the game these guys were playing hockey. I can’t believe how unregulated these floors went
So the NBA decided to replace the iconic parquet floor for this garbage? These floors are terrible...
this bullsh*t tournament shouldn't have happened in the first place
This camera angle and court makes it look like 2k
These courts are cursed on multiple levels
Plus most of them are hideous, and a few, this one included, are awful for TV viewing.
These courts are absolutely terrible
These floors are horrendous to watch games on. Absolutely hideous. Players are sliding around like they're playing on ice. What a joke.
Luka mentioned the in season tourney floors being slippery in an interview after a pels game. Hope the league sorts this shit out.
Man, who would think that it'd be a bad idea to paint over wood grain and then lacquer it, removing the tiniest of porousness in the process and making it slippery as fuck when any volume of water gets on it?!
In season tournament is alright, but the fucking courts are a hazard to the players. More slips in the small sample of games than a lingerie store
You can't use slick soles on these courts, gotta go with intermediates
This in season has not turned out as well as silver had hoped...a choke out that will be remembered almost as much as malice in the palace, just not as crazy, and the flashy courts causing injuries
