I'm currently in college and have been looking for a source of income for myself for a while with no avail, and could use some advice. Honestly, I don't even know where to look anymore, and could really use some help in finding the right job.

I don't need something that pays much, minimum wage or under works, as long as I can make some income to help build up my savings.

I have a couple applicable skills; I'm pretty good at writing, art, research, budgeting, and planning. I'm not very good with "social stuff" (spoken communication, group/team building, etc.) and would need something I could do mostly independently.

What kinds of jobs like this have you found success in? So far I feel like blogging/ articl writing would be my best option, but haven't found a good way to get into that yet. Are there ant other viable options I should look into?

Freelance writing might be a good start. r/freelancewriters is a goldmine of information.

The first thing is, what is the timing of when you need/expect to earn money? This will drive the recommendations. Blogging is a viable option but will take time to build and grow.

Look around upwork - lots of writers on it and it can give you an idea I’d where the more popular ones are concentrating their efforts

What are you in school for, and what state are you in?
