As already mentioned, it is an Omega De Ville Prestige, probably from the 90s. The bezel is probably solid gold.

I wanna say Omega ladies de ville prestige, but I think those all have roman numerals, and also have "De Ville" written on them.. (not a watch expert by any means)

It’s an Omega De Ville Prestige in a lovely two tone. I’ve always loved these watches. Uses the caliber 1120.
