I'm too young to see how great he was personally so i just have highlights and stats. I have heard regular season stats didn't quite justify his greatness compared to modern players and that it's his playoffs stats you need to look up and show vs others especially advanced stats to why he's either the greatest/up there with LeBron.

So there was a lot of different stats that caught my eye when going down the rabbit hole but this one kicked my ass.

Jordan's playoff ppg 33.4 is insane already but a great stat I like when comparing different eras is Per 100 Possession.

This the scary part. From his sophomore year in 86 to his 98 final Bulls season. A period of 12 years and a 175 games.

His Per 100 Pos ppg was..

43.6 on 49/34/83 splits/58% TS

Like WTF.

His final playoff season where he was 35 years old it was HIGHER than that.

44.5 Per 100 Pos

This is all while playing GREAT defense. How?? 43.6 ppg/100 Pos over a 12 year period where his last playoffs was higher than the average even.

Idk man. I'm kind of pissed. People in your 40s+ are so lucky to have seen both Jordan and Lebron.

To see how these 2 guys just separated themselves so far ahead of the others. I've seen Bron! I'll take that at least!
