Google recently disabled uBlock Origin and other extensions for Chrome users with no apparent option to restore them. The good news is that you can still make uBlock Origin work. Here is how.

Stop using chrome on your personal devices already. I understand you can’t change locked in corporations but come on people! Take some damn control back in your life and stop using these abusive programs.

LibreWolf or any other Firefox fork will function with UBlock Origins without any temporary hack arounds.

Besides the fact that Mozilla leadership is tainted by Google money, can't give up on AI, and doesn't really know what we want, what are the risks and concerns of using Firefox?

I've seen a lot of people complain about these, then turn around and use Chrome. So, "no to Firefox because of the taint", but "yes to chrome because it is the taint". Makes no sense.

But the workaround is complex and only temporary. Well Firefox has easier profiles now so really thats the last straw as far as chrome goes. It's easy enough to migrate.

Stop using chrome.

This is great for those who just need a little extra time to migrate to a better browser. Hopefully, they'll take this as a short reprieve if they didn't hear the screaming warning already. Unfortunately, most people will just keep using the crap shoveled onto their plate.

Great time to find a non-Chrome browser
