I tried googling and couldn’t really find anything. I was a dumbass and didn’t wear it for a few days, it died and now I can’t figure out how to reset the time and date.

What does the power reserve low high mean?

I mean I get it says power reserve but I still don’t understand it. Wouldn’t a watch battery last a long time even years?

The can use the crown (thing on the right of the case) to change the time and date. It should also be able to wind up the movement. This watch has no battery, and instead you wind up a spring inside it, by rotating the crown. This makes the watch run. Try not to over wind it, you'll know when it's at its limit as it'll be very hard to wind
