Isaac is averaging 1 steal and 1.4 blocks in 13.8 minutes per game.

That’s 2.6 steals and 3.65 blocks per 36.

I think he’s tops in the league in steals+blocks per 36 but didn’t want to do anymore math and couldn’t find that online

I know that’s what he’s known for, but still thought his numbers in those categories were impressive given his time played.

Source: a bunch of hand done math and wasted time. Could be wrong on either of those but tried to calculate most of the guys that looked like they hand a chance to be up there in those two stats.

Who gives af? These aren’t real stats considering he doesn’t actually ever play 36 minutes.

Doesn’t matter if it’s cause of injuries, the point is these aren’t real stats and shouldn’t be taken seriously.

Go back to the magic sub and talk about this douchebag lol

Why I Sit

(For 36 Minutes Per Game)

I don't know why everyone is trashing per 36 stats. It says he steals and blocks at one of the highest rates in the league, which is true. Presumably, if it's not just a sample size thing, he is one of the best on the league at getting stocks. Him only playing low minutes is presumably because he is not very good overall, but that takes nothing away from him being good at this particular thing. Well nothing except that he's probably doing it against weaker players than if someone has his same rates with higher minutes per game.

The only reason he's not playing more is due to his injury history. He's actually been in Orlando's closing lineup lately, and all of a sudden the team has stopped giving up leads and losing games in the final minutes.

He's still not a good offensive player. He can't self create, he's not a distributor, and he's not even much of a spot up shooting. But his defense is game breaking. That's who he is, and if he could stay healthy any team in the league would want him on the roster.

For a guy who wants to Stop the Steal, he sure is good at thievery

Per 36 means nothing at 14 minutes a game against other team’s benches
